  • The Insurance Code of Practice, as designed by the Insurers’ Association, is a self regulatory Code to promote good relations between insurers, agents, salesmen end customers and good insurance practice by describing standards of good practice and service.

  • As a member of the Mauritian Quality Institute, Mauritian Eagle Insurance promise to uphold the honour and the dignity of the quality profession, to promote ethically sound professional conduct within quality assurance and management and to strive to achieve highest standards.

  • CODE OF BUSINESS CONDUCT
  • The Code of Business Conduct sets standards of market practices for insurers and insurance intermediaries in relation to the sale of insurance contracts. The Code aims to ensure that high standards of financial soundness and business conduct are adhered to by all insurers and intermediaries under the supervision of the FSC.
