Motor Cycle category includes the following :

Motor Cycle (with or without side-cars)

Auto Cycles

Motor Scooters

COMMERCIAL VEHICLE
All vehicles not provided under the Private Car and Motor Cycle categories are referred to as Commercial Vehicles. They include :

• Goods carrying vehicles
• Taxis
• Contract Buses

All vehicles not provided under the Commercial and Motor Cycle categories are referred to as Private Car. They are more commonly used for social domestic and pleasure purposes and for the business or professional purposes of the Insured.

In addition Mauritian Eagle Insurance can provide you with the following extensions :

Cyclone/Flood

Strike/Riot

Motor Passenger Injury

SOS Road Service which provides :

- Free Express Breakdown Services such as Mechanical & Electrical first aid or Change of flat tyre.
- Free Towing when vehicle has broken down or in case of an accident.
- Free Taxi service (limited to 4 persons) to any single destination in case free towing is provided.

Loss of use which provides for the cost of hiring a vehicle in case of accident where the vehicle has been immobilised.
