QM 9004 is an outstanding certification scheme developed by SGS to assess and improve significantly overall business performance.
It assesses and scores businesses against 7 Key Performance indicators : (leadership, strategic planning, customer focus, management system, resource management, process management, performance results). It identifies the critical areas of improvement that need to be addressed and maps out the road to resolve these issues.
